Social Media Marketing

Consistent presence where referral sources are already looking.

The problem this solves

The problem this solves

Social media is the eighth spoke, and the one most often judged by the wrong number. Firms look at follower counts, conclude it is not producing cases, and let the profiles go quiet — which is the one outcome guaranteed to cost them.

Almost everyone who is about to hire you will look you up first. What they find is either a firm that is visibly active and consistent across platforms, or a page that last posted in 2023. That check happens after the referral and before the call, and it is where social earns its keep.

Consistency is the whole mechanism. The same identity, the same message, and the same standard of presentation across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. That is what builds familiarity, and familiarity is what makes a stranger comfortable enough to dial.

What's included

Everything in the program

  • Facebook and Instagram

Where most consumer legal audiences are, and where your reels and short-form video do the most work.

  • LinkedIn

Where referral sources, opposing counsel, and prospective hires actually look you up. A different audience and a different voice.

  • YouTube

The channel that doubles as a search engine. Your video library lives here and keeps being found long after it was posted.

  • X (formerly Twitter)

Kept current and consistent with the rest, so the profile does not read as abandoned when someone checks it.

  • One brand narrative

The same identity and message woven across every platform. Consistency is what turns recognition into familiarity, and familiarity into trust.

  • Graphic design

Our in-house designers produce the assets, so the feed looks like a firm rather than a template with your logo dropped in.

  • Social sharing and connect buttons

Your site wired into your profiles both ways, so content published anywhere gets seen everywhere.

  • Review syndication

New client reviews pushed to your profiles automatically, which is the highest-converting thing you can post.

How it works

What the first ninety days look like

  1. 01

    Audit and position

What exists, what is dormant, what is inconsistent, and which platforms are worth your firm’s attention at all.

  2. 02

    Build the narrative

One brand story, adapted per platform rather than duplicated across them.

  3. 03

    Produce and schedule

Design and copy produced in-house on a calendar you approve, drawing on your video, blogs, and reviews.

  4. 04

    Engage and report

Comments and messages handled, and monthly reporting on reach, engagement, and what actually reached your intake.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers

Do lawyers really get cases from social media?

Directly, rarely. What social does is make you familiar before the moment of need and credible at the moment someone checks you out — and almost everyone checks. Judging it purely on attributed leads misses most of what it is doing.

Which platforms should we be on?

Fewer than you think, done properly. For most consumer-facing practices that means Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube; for firms that live on referrals, LinkedIn earns its place. A dormant profile on six platforms is worse than an active one on two.

What about the ethics rules?

They apply in full on social, and the informality is exactly what trips firms up. Testimonials, case results, and anything that reads as a guarantee all carry state-specific constraints, and a comment reply can create an issue as easily as a post.

Who responds to comments and messages?

We do, within an agreed scope, and anything that starts to look like a legal question or a prospective matter goes straight to your intake rather than being answered in a comment thread.

How is this different from Digital Lead Funnels?

This is organic presence — the profile someone finds when they look you up. Digital Lead Funnels is paid social, built to interrupt people who were not looking for you yet. They use the same platforms for opposite jobs.
