Conversion Assisted CRM

Every lead tracked and answered before it goes cold.

The problem this solves

The problem this solves

The tenth spoke is the least glamorous and the one that most often decides whether the other nine paid for themselves. You can rank first, run flawless ads, and build a funnel that fills — and lose the return entirely somewhere between the enquiry arriving and someone calling back.

Conversion-assisted CRM is built for that gap. Conversion Acceleration to lift the lead-to-client rate, Bolt-on CRM that integrates with the systems you already run, and lead management that captures every prospect in one place so your firm stays organized as volume grows.

It is also what makes the reporting honest. Without it, marketing is measured in leads, and leads are easy to produce. With it, everything upstream can be judged on signed cases — which is the only number that was ever worth optimizing.

What's included

Everything in the program

  • Conversion Acceleration

The core of it: shortening the distance between an enquiry arriving and a human responding, because that gap is where most legal leads are lost.

  • Bolt-on CRM

Integrates into the systems you already run rather than replacing them. Firms do not change case management software because marketing asked them to, and they should not have to.

  • Lead management

Every prospect captured in one place — form fills, calls, chats, and ad enquiries — so nothing lives only in somebody’s inbox.

  • Source attribution

Each lead tagged with where it came from, so you can see which campaigns produce signed cases rather than which produce enquiries.

  • Automated follow-up

Sequences that keep working on the leads your team has not reached yet, which on a busy week is most of them.

  • Call tracking integration

Calls captured and attributed alongside form fills. For most firms the phone is still the primary channel, and untracked calls make the whole report wrong.

  • Pipeline visibility

Where each prospect stands, and where enquiries are stalling — usually somewhere far more specific than "intake".

How it works

What the first ninety days look like

  1. 01

Map how leads reach you now

Every channel, every inbox, every phone. Most firms have more entry points than they realize, and at least one of them nobody is watching.

  2. 02

Bolt on, do not rip out

The CRM integrated with your existing systems, so intake keeps working the way your team already knows.

  3. 03

    Automate the follow-up

Response sequences and reminders wired up so a lead is never waiting on someone remembering it exists.

  4. 04

    Measure conversion, not volume

Reporting on lead-to-client rate by source, so the marketing spend can be judged on cases rather than clicks.

What it looked like for a firm like yours

“We have seen probably a 20% to 30% increase in leads overall.”

Questions we get asked

Straight answers

Do we have to replace our case management system?

No. That is the point of a bolt-on. It integrates with what you already run — the CRM here is for the stage before a matter exists, not for managing matters.

Why does response time matter so much?

Because someone who has just been injured or just been charged is contacting several firms, and they hire the one that calls back. The most expensive lead is the one you paid for, received, and answered on Monday.

What if our intake is already good?

Then this mostly gives you attribution — knowing which campaigns produce signed cases rather than which produce enquiries. That alone usually changes where the budget goes.

Does it track phone calls as well as forms?

Yes, and it has to. For most firms the phone still carries the majority of real enquiries, and a report built only on form fills systematically undercounts the channels that drive calls.

Who manages it day to day?

We set it up, integrate it, and keep the automation running. Your team works the leads — the system’s job is to make sure they can see all of them and that none goes quiet unattended.
