Hosting, Monitoring & Maintenance

Uptime, speed, and security, so the site never costs you a case.

The problem this solves

The problem this solves

The eleventh spoke is infrastructure, and it is invisible right up until the moment it is extremely visible. A site that is slow, down, or compromised does not degrade your marketing gently — it takes the whole month with it, including the paid traffic you were still buying while it was offline.

Site speed is the part with the clearest link to money. It directly moves sessions, bounce rate, rankings, page views, and conversions — which is a rare thing in marketing: one lever that improves acquisition and conversion at the same time.

Maintenance is the other half. Weekly core, plugin, and theme updates, real-time uptime monitoring, hardened security settings, and 90-day offsite backups. None of it is interesting. All of it is what stands between a firm and the week its site disappears.

What's included

Everything in the program

  • Guaranteed 90+ GTmetrix and PageSpeed scores

Not a target — a guarantee. Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor at the same time, which makes it one of the few things that pays twice.

  • Hyper-optimized WordPress hosting

Modern cloud instances tuned for WordPress specifically, rather than general-purpose shared hosting your site happens to sit on.

  • High-speed CDN

Content delivered from close to the visitor, so a prospect two states away gets the same load time as one in your city.

  • Code-level optimization

Beyond caching plugins — the actual code path tightened, which is where the last and most stubborn seconds live.

  • Real-time uptime monitoring

Watched continuously. Downtime you find out about on Monday has already cost you the weekend’s calls.

  • Weekly updates

Core, plugins, and themes kept current every week. Out-of-date WordPress plugins are the single most common way a law firm site gets compromised.

  • Secure site with custom settings

Hardened beyond the defaults, because a law firm site is a more interesting target than its traffic numbers suggest.

  • 90-day offsite backup

Three months of restore points, held away from the server they came from. A backup on the same machine is not a backup.

  • Staging environment

A free demo environment to test performance and changes before anything touches the live site.

How it works

What the first ninety days look like

  1. 01

    Benchmark

Current speed, uptime, security posture, and update status measured, so the improvement is a number rather than an assertion.

  2. 02

    Migrate and optimize

Moved onto our stack, then optimized at cache, CDN, and code level until it clears 90+.

  3. 03

    Harden and back up

Security settings applied, monitoring switched on, and the 90-day offsite backup schedule started.

  4. 04

    Maintain weekly

Updates applied and tested every week against staging, with uptime and performance reported monthly.

What it looked like for a firm like yours

Questions we get asked

Straight answers

Why should a law firm care about site speed?

Because it moves the numbers that matter. Speed affects sessions, bounce rate, rankings, page views, and conversions — a visitor who leaves before your page paints was a case you paid to acquire and never met.

What is a bounce rate and what should ours be?

The percentage of visitors who land on one page and leave without going further. A high bounce rate points at user experience, content relevance, or a weak call to action. On a law firm site it very often points at load time first.

Is my current host not fine?

Possibly, if it is genuinely optimized for WordPress and someone is applying updates weekly. In practice most firms are on general shared hosting with plugins months out of date, which is slow and is the usual route to a compromised site.

What happens if the site goes down?

Real-time monitoring alerts us, not you. With 90 days of offsite backups and a staging environment, restoring is a routine operation rather than an emergency.

Do you host sites you did not build?

Yes, provided the build is sound enough to hit the performance guarantee. If it is not, we will tell you what stands in the way rather than quietly missing the target.
